Community event grant
The community event grant fund provided by Lichfield District Council offers grants of up to £3,000 to support community-led events that bring people together, promote inclusion and wellbeing, celebrate cultural diversity and encourage participation across all ages and backgrounds.
Eligible applicants must be not-for-profit organisations, community or voluntary groups based in Lichfield District and planning an event within the district.
Funding can support events such as festivals, fairs, workshops, sports, and wellbeing activities, as well as venue hire, equipment and marketing costs.
Grants are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Funding is limited, and once the annual budget has been fully allocated, no further grants will be available until the new funding year begins in April.
