Voluntary & community sector funding programme 2024 - 2027
We are excited to be offering £163,000 funding a year over the next three years - £489,000 in all - to local organisations who can deliver projects and activities that will help to achieve the Lichfield District 2050 strategy goals of creating confident, prosperous, green and active communities.
The funding round has now closed for new applications. Thank you to everyone who has submitted an application so far.
Applicants have been notified if they have progressed to stage two of the application process which will take place during December and January.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application after full council on 27 February 2024.
About the funding
The aim is to prioritise funding on applicants that can have the greatest impact and create a positive legacy.
In order that we can fund as many organisations as possible, the maximum award is likely to be below £50,000 per year. The minimum award per organisation will be £1,000 per year.
Successful applicants will be invited to complete a stage two questionnaire which will be assessed by a panel using a set scoring criterion.
