We are upgrading our revenues and benefits back office system and forms this morning. This means our teams will not be able to respond to detailed council tax, benefits and business rates enquiries on the phones, WhatsApp or by email. We expect full service to resume from lunchtime today, following final testing - we will remove this mesage when the system upgrade is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we prioritised the safety of our crews during last week's exceptionally hot weather.

If your recycling (blue bin, blue bag, purple bin) was missed last week, please leave it out this week - collections will take place Monday to Friday and we will publish completed streets daily.
If your garden waste was missed last week, please take your bin(s) back in. We will empty your garden waste on your next scheduled collection, and we'll provide an additional garden waste collection later this year to make up for the missed service.
