We can set up a manual payment arrangement to match your payment dates, however you will need to make sure your council tax account is up to date where possible before we set this up for you.
About manual payment arrangements
After we have set up a manual payment arrangement for you, if you receive a new bill (for example you receive council tax support and your income changes and the level of support you get changes), you will need to remember contact us again to agree a new payment arrangement, otherwise your payments will revert back to a standard monthly arrangement.
