Weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly instalments
If you’re finding it hard to pay your council tax monthly (for example, if you’re paid weekly or every few weeks), we can set up a payment plan that matches your pay dates. Before we do this, your account should be as up to date as possible.
Manual payment arrangements
If your circumstances change and you receive a new bill (for example, your council tax support changes), you will need to contact us again to set up a new payment plan. If you don’t, your payments will return to the standard monthly plan.
