Thank you for your patience and understanding while we prioritised the safety of our crews during last week's exceptionally hot weather.

If your recycling (blue bin, blue bag, purple bin) was missed last week, please leave it out this week - collections will take place Monday to Friday and we will publish completed streets daily.
If your garden waste was missed last week, please take your bin(s) back in. We will empty your garden waste on your next scheduled collection, and we'll provide an additional garden waste collection later this year to make up for the missed service.

We would like to thank residents for their support and understanding while we balanced service delivery with the need to keep our crews safe during this period of extreme weather - find out more about our decision to do so.

We are upgrading our revenues and benefits back office system and forms today and tomorrow (Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 June). This means our teams will not be able to respond to detailed council tax, benefits and business rates enquiries on the phones, WhatsApp or by email. We expect full service to resume from Tuesday lunchtime, following final testing - we will remove this mesage when the system upgrade is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

If you don't want to pay by ten monthly instalments, you can request to pay your instalments over 12 months instead.

If you want your payments to be equally divided over the 12 months, please contact us no later than 10 March, so your equal instalments can start in April.

If you contact us after 10 March, we may only be able to offer you fewer instalments.
