Twelve monthly instalments

If you don't want to pay by ten monthly instalments, you can request to pay your instalments over 12 months instead.

If you want your payments to be equally divided over the 12 months, please contact us no later than 10 March, so your equal instalments can start in April.

If you contact us after 10 March, we may only be able to offer you fewer instalments.

Struggling to pay - contact us straight away

If you owe us money and you are struggling to pay (whether that's a council tax instalment, a benefits repayment or for a service we have provided to you or your business) whatever you do, we recommend you don't ignore it and contact us instead.
