Our teams are heading out today and will be working where it is safe to do so. Due to conditions, some streets may still be missed, including any that were unpassable yesterday.

Please put your bins out as normal if it is safe to do so. We will be trying to empty bins that were missed yesterday, as well as bins due for collection today, where it is safe to access them. For any areas we are unable to reach, we will plan to return later this week to catch up, weather permitting.

Our online bin calendar will be updated, but please be aware that this may change again depending on weather conditions.

If your bin is not emptied please leave it out for now, and keep an eye on our website for updates.

We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during the current weather conditions, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol, which is now active.
