You can pay online, using our online payment system.
Partnership Official Search Fees
Please note that our Land Charges search fees will change on the 1 May 2026. This means that the current charges will only relate to searches requested and paid for by 5pm on the 30 April 2026.
Please note that all LLC1 search requests should be sent to HM Land Registry
