Community rates

Available to non-profit organisations, charities and community groups only. If you are a community event organiser, please contact the LWMTS events team to request a formal quotation.

  • Discounts are offered using a discount calculator to event organisers of larger scale events. 
  • Hire fees are charged for part or all of a full day. 
  • Set up and take down fees are charged where set-up is required before or after the day of the event.
  • If you only require a shorter period, we may consider a reduced fee, depending on other expressions of interest. Please contact the LWMTS events team to discuss.
