Hire a park for an event

We welcome a range of events - from music festivals, circuses and sports galas, through to family fun days, charity fun runs and more in our parks.

This section gives you advice about how to book one of our parks, what considerations to make, and how to deliver your event in a safe way.

  • All parks event bookings are managed by our wholly owned trading company LWMTS - find out more. 
  • You will need to express an interest before placing a booking if your event will:
    • attract more than 499 attendees.
    • require road closures.
    • include the sale of food and drink (including alcohol) and/or include entertainment to the public.
  • We also recommend you read our park hire terms and conditions, as these may impact on your ideas for your event.

Small and non-event hires

  • If you want to hire a park for a small event (fewer than 499 people, with no sale of food, drink or alcohol and no entertainment or road closures), please fill in our park booking form. 
  • If you want to hire a pitch for a sports match, find out about hiring a pitch. 
  • If you want to hire a park for a bootcamp/group activity, rates are £20 per hour or £80 for unlimited sessions within one calendar month. Contact our parks team on 01543 308867 or email us to find out more.
