Order a replacement or extra caddy
When the service launches on 20 July, households that regularly fill their food waste caddy before collection day, such as larger households or those who do an excellent job of recycling their food waste, will be able to order an additional caddy free of charge.
We are currently delivering caddies to households ahead of the launch. If you have received a damaged caddy, please let us know here.
