Transfer subscription to a new address

  • You can transfer your garden waste subscription to a new address within the Lichfield District or Tamworth Borough free of charge for the remainder of the subscription year.
  • Please do not take your stickered garden bin with you when you move.
  • If you pay by direct debit, we will update your subscription details to your new address so that your next annual payment and sticker are issued to the correct property.
  • No refund is available if you move out of the Lichfield District or Tamworth Borough.

To update your subscription address, you can contact us via WhatsApp on 01543 308171 or email enquiries@lichfielddc.gov.uk. Please provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Old address
  • New address
  • Date moved

We will then send a new sticker(s) for the bin at your new property. You will receive an email notification once the sticker(s) have been dispatched.

Bins without a valid sticker will not be emptied, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
