Fly-tipping is illegal dumping of waste on land and can vary from bags of rubbish and garden waste, through to furniture/white goods and builder's rubble.
- We are responsible for clearing up fly-tipping on district council owned land and adopted highways.
- We are not responsible for removing dumped rubbish from private land, such as gardens, farm land or driveways. This is the responsibility of the landowner.
In this form you will be asked to provide:
- exact location
- description of items (please do not touch fly-tipped waste, as it may be dangerous)

You can also use this form to ask us to carry out enforcement action - for example if it is a repeated issue.
As part of this form, we will ask you for your email address. This is so we can keep you up to date on what we will do to resolve/address your issue.
