Thank you for your patience and understanding while we prioritised the safety of our crews during last week's exceptionally hot weather.

  • If your recycling (blue bin, blue bag, purple bin) was missed last week, please leave it out this week  - collections will take place Monday to Friday and we will publish completed streets daily.
  • If your garden waste was missed last week, please take your bin(s) back in. We will empty your garden waste on your next scheduled collection, and we'll provide an additional garden waste collection later this year to make up for the missed service.

We would like to thank residents for their support and understanding while we balanced service delivery with the need to keep our crews safe during this period of extreme weather - find out more about our decision to do so.
