  • All records relating to resident satisfaction surveys.

6 year retention period

  • All records relating to the use of business process improvement to improve council services.
  • All records relating to the management of petitions.
  • All records relating to the processing of petitions received by the Authority.
  • All records relating to creation, implementation and monitoring of a strategic plan for the council.

Other retention periods

  • Records relating to the management of personal data held in petitions which have been presented to the Council - the legal/administrative purpose for it's use has been fulfilled.
  • All records relating to the development and monitoring of annual business plans – until superseded.
  • Team Meeting/Management Team meeting minutes and papers held by individual teams where no corporate decisions are made – 1 year then review at end of retention period.
