We will close for Christmas at 4pm on Christmas Eve. If you WhatsApp us before 12noon we will try to get back to you. We will open again on Monday 29 December at 9am. We then close again for New Year at 4pm on 31 December (New Year's Eve) and reopen on Friday 2 January at 9am. If you need urgent out of hours support whilst we are closed (for example you are homeless tonight), please contact our out of hours service on 01527 406643. Lost, stolen and damaged bins

You can order a new bin if it has been lost, stolen or damaged.

Please note there is £24 charge to replace lost or stolen black bins.
