Our teams delivered over 160,000 caddies to over 80,000 homes and whilst we have tried to ensure we reached every home and put everything in each pack, it is possible we may have missed a few homes, or forgotten to put a few items in every pack - if this affects you, we are really sorrry. If you have aleady reported your issues, we will deliver your pack or missing/replacement items as soon as possible - there's no need to tell us again. Lost, stolen and damaged bins, bags or caddies

You can order a new bin, bag or caddy if it has been lost, stolen or damaged.

Please note there is £24 charge to replace lost or stolen black bins.
