Key facts:

Please use this form to let us know if any of your bins are broken, stolen or you need a replacement. We aim to deliver replacement bins within one week, however it may take up to ten working days.

Broken bins – we will only provide a replacement if we can pick up the broken bin. Once you have filled in the form, please use your bin as normal and put it out for the next few weeks on your usual collection day (regardless of colour) and we will swap it as soon as we can. There is no charge to replace broken bins.

Lost/stolen bins - if your black bin has been lost/stolen, you will be asked to make a payment of £21.25 – please have your debit or credit card handy. There is no charge for replacement lost or stolen blue/garden bins.

Different size black bins/nappy bins/medical bins - we will ask you how many people live in your household. This determines the size of black bin you will receive. We only provide large (240L) bins to households of 3+ people. If you generate extra waste due to a medical condition, large family (6+) or children in nappies, please fill out our additional black bin form. If you need to replace a red lid (medical/large family) or yellow lid (nappies) black bin, please call customer services on 0345 002 0022. 

Different size blue (recycling) bins - we provide two sizes of blue bin (240L or 360L). To order the bigger blue bin, fill in the form. To order a smaller blue bin, please call customer services on 0345 002 0022. 

Different size garden bins - we provide a standard sized garden bin (240L). If you would like a smaller garden bin, please call customer services on 0345 002 0022. 

Garden waste stickers - if you order a replacement garden waste bin, you will be asked to let us know if you need a replacement sticker.

Moving into a new house? If you have just moved into a new house and there are no bins at your new property, or bins are missing, please call us on 0345 002 0022 to order your bins.
