We're really sorry but we are currently experiencing delays with replacement blue bags and standard 240 litre (normal sized) black bins

If you've already submitted a request, there’s no need to submit another one - we’ll deliver your black bin or blue bag as soon as we can.

You can still put your cardboard out for collection while waiting for a blue bag either:
- Flatten and fold larger cardboard into bundles roughly the size of a blue recycling bag and stack them neatly next to your bins.
- Put smaller cardboard items into a reusable shopping bag or bag-for-life - our crews will empty the cardboard and leave your bag for you to reuse.
