Receive tenant benefits payments direct
If you are a landlord and any of your tenants claim housing benefit (to cover their rent), which we pay directly to you, you can sign up to our landlord portal.
The portal allows you to view real-time information about the housing benefit payments you receive on behalf of your tenants.
It is simple to use and means you'll need to contact us less to about housing benefit payments - you'll also have the information you need to hand, whenever you need it.
To request access to the landlord portal, please complete our landlord portal application form.
We will register your details and email you a user ID, password, a link to the portal and a user guide.
