Our environmental protection officers seized a vehicle on 23 April 2026 (registration PF63 FDK) due to suspected offences under Sections 33 and 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, which relate to the improper handling and disposal of waste. To find out more, view the notice.

Temporary relocation

When a pitch becomes unsuitable, we will relocate consent holders where suitable alternative street trading pitches exist.

We may consult with the highway authority to identify suitable alternative pitches for the purpose of relocating the displaced street trader.
