If you have not yet signed up to our garden waste service, we are sorry but our subscription window for 2024's collections is now closed. We will re-open subscriptions in late November when you will be able to sign up for collections in 2025.

If you have already signed up for a direct debit for garden waste, we will write to you before the end of October to notify you that we will take your 2025 subscription payment of £41 in early November.

Our privacy notice

The open evenings are being held in the Council Chamber at District Council House.

When you contact us about our services we will collect, process and hold your information in order to provide you with the services you require.

We may collect information by phone, email, letter, WhatsApp, online or paper forms, in person at our reception desk, our out and about in the district, via CCTV or body cam, or via live chat, or thorugh one of our partners.
