Due to temporary closures at our tipping centres today (11 March), some of our crews were unable to finish their scheduled rounds. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. View a list of missed streets - if your street is listed, please leave your bins and bags out at the kerbside and we'll return as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

Our reception and customer services lines, including live chat, is closed today for staff training until 1pm. Whilst we are closed, please WhatsApp us on 01543 308171 and we'll get back to you in the afternoon, or use our online single form. In an emergency only, please call us on 01543 308077 during working hours, or out of working hours, please contact our out of hours service on 01527 406643 and follow the recorded instructions. Thank you for your understanding.
