Section 16 - Communications

In this section, detail how you will communicate with staff and the public during the event.

It is important you can communicate safety warnings etc. One way of doing this is to use public address system or megaphone.

If staff will be using radios, please provide details of who they will be assigned to and how they will be used.

For example, will specific call signs or codes be used to alert staff to incidents?
