How to write an event management plan
Title page and event overview
Please include a title page in your event management plan that sets out the name of the event and the date it is to be held.
We recommend including event logos/branding to the plan to make it easily recognisable.
It is also helpful to include a version number to your plan, as it is likely you will start with a draft plan that will be updated as arrangements develop.
For easy reference please provide a contents list with page numbers.
Provide also provide a description of the event, including dates and times.
Include details of the audience profile e.g. age ranges expected etc., expected attendance, capacity of crowd.
